Biography
Ned was a drone member of the Men of the Machine. He had joined Pollux/Gordon Rimmer's faction in the schism of the cult.
The night after Patrick Spring's murder, Ned was with the captured Farah Black in the Ridgely building, in the apartment above Todd Brotzman's apartment. He was shot on accident when a bullet aimed at Todd by Hugo Friedkin missed, penetrated the ceiling, and fatally hit Ned.[1] Ned had threatened Farah with cutting her face off with a bone saw, which he reportedly liked doing.[2]
