Ajay Friese (Ajay Parikh-Friese) is an American/Canadian actor, singer/songwriter, musician, photographer, and dancer from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. He portrayed the character Farson Dengdamor in the 2016 television series Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.
Biography[]
Ajay has broad stage experience and has enjoyed a variety of lead and supporting roles in dramatic theatre, musical theatre, and opera. His favourite stage roles include: The Phantom, in The Phantom of the Opera; Puck, in A Midsummer's Night Dream; Oliver, in Oliver!; and Akira, in Hana's Suitcase. As a screen actor, Ajay will appear in variety of TV shows and feature films to be released in 2017 and 2018, including Netflix' Lost in Space, BBC America's Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, Wow! Entertainment's Reboot: The Guardian Code, and Clique Picture's Post-Apocalyptic Thriller, Riot Girls. In addition to his acting talents, Friese is an award winning singer/songwriter who fronts the band, Close The Bombay Doors, whose ep, This Right Here, can be heard on Spotify, Apple Music, and other formats. Friese's photography has garnered over 500,000 views and can be found on 500 pixels.
